Coaching Background

I’ve spent more than a decade coaching athletes in strength, conditioning, and competitive CrossFit.

Before building Motley Crew CrossFit in Cape Town, I spent years working as a personal trainer, coaching athletes one-on-one and developing structured strength and conditioning programs.

As a founder of Motley Crew CrossFit, I’ve helped build a community focused on long-term progress, strong culture, and high-quality coaching.

I’m also the creator of Fitchella and the Framework coaching workshops, both focused on developing better athletes, stronger communities, and more effective coaching systems.
